Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship orders daily from Monday through Friday, excluding local public holidays.

Processing Time: All orders require 1–2 business days for preparation and packaging before leaving our fulfillment facility.

      • Domestic Shipping (Within the Philippines):

        • Metro Manila: 2–3 business days.

        • Luzon: 3–5 business days.

        • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–8 business days.

      • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order. We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over ₱[Insert Amount, e.g., 2,500].

Please note: Couriers may experience unexpected delays due to extreme weather, holiday peak seasons, or transport disruptions. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with active scan data.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.

  • Items must remain in their original product packaging with all tags, seals, and documentation intact.

  • Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, intimate/perishable goods, and custom or personalized orders.

How to Process a Return

  • Email our customer service team at [Your Support Email] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  • If approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service.

Note: Unless an item arrived damaged or defective due to our error, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & Damaged Goods

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, our team will inspect the item within 3 business days to confirm it meets the return conditions.

  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
